"We are a local family from Torbole sul Garda, deeply connected to our lakefront community. With great care and attention to detail, we have recently renovated two apartments to welcome visitors who wish to experience the unique charm of our village.
While we are not a commercial hotel business, our primary mission is to ensure our guests feel completely at home. Because we live right nearby, we are able to personally oversee the management of our units with a level of care that only a family can provide.

Our spacious apartments (approx. 65 sq. m / 700 sq. ft) are thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
They are the ideal choice for couples seeking extra room to relax, or for families of 3 to 4 looking for a functional 'home away from home.
Your stay includes:
- All Utilities : Electricity, water, and heating are fully covered. Not Included: The mandatory Local Tourist Tax, which must be paid upon arrival.
- Kitchen & Linens : A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, plus fresh bed linens and fluffy towels for every guest.
- Private Parking : One complimentary on-site parking space is reserved for each apartment.
