Arrival & Departure

Check-in : From 3:00 PM (15:00).

Please inform us of your arrival time in advance to ensure a smooth key handover and personal welcome.

Check-out : By 9:30 AM.

S tay & Guest Policy

Minimum Stay : 5 nights.

Pets : We regret that pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking Policy : Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas only (balcony or garden), provided that the ashtrays provided are used.

Rates & Special Offers

Nightly rates range from €80 to €250, depending on the season and apartment type.

Group Discounts : We offer special rates for groups of 2 or 3 guests. After checking availability online, please contact us via email for your dedicated discount.

Bookings & Payments

Credit Card : Instant confirmation upon full payment of the stay.

Bank Transfer / Other : Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be sent via email.

Balance : The remaining balance must be settled by the day of arrival, as per the methods agreed upon via email.

Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation : Up to 10 days before your scheduled arrival date (full refund of any amount paid).

Late Cancellation : Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to 30% of the total booking cost.
